Bayern Munich’s managers react on Alphonso Davies’ position
According to bavarianfootballworks, Bayern Munich is still holding out hope for star left-back Alphonso Davies. The 23-year-old Canadian international has established himself as a standout in the Bavarian ranks, playing left defender. However, since the departure of the sports director who brought him here, Hasan “Brazzo” Salihamidžić, at the end of the previous season, Davies has gone from being on the point of extending to on the edge of leaving.
According to Sport Bild, Bayern’s executives are not ruling anything out. Their comments were caught by @iMiaSanMia.

“He is a player who has grown tremendously on the left side due to his speed and character. We’re in negotiations with his agency. Max will now become involved. “It depends on how Max and Christoph see the future,” club CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen explained.

“Jan-Christian and Christoph have had discussions,” said new board member for sport Max Eberl, alluding to correspondence with Davies’ agents. “I’ll attempt to continue the conversation. No team wants to lose its players for free. I need to see how the situation is.”
Reading between the lines, it still doesn’t look. Davies is thought to have already reached an agreement with Real Madrid, who, considering that Davies is in the final year of his contract, do not appear to want to purchase high, and Bayern officials are concerned about losing him on free.
