Guardiola feels he has grown greatly over the previous two years and is ready to bring him back to the club, five years after leaving for Aston Villa. According to sources, City are now prepared to go all out to capture the Brazil international, outbidding Premier League championship rivals Arsenal. Luiz has 10 goals and seven assists in 37 appearances in all competitions for Aston Villa this season, as the club looks to qualify for the Champions League.
