Liverpool preparing to submit formal offer to sign Malen

Football-talk reports that Liverpool is getting ready to make a formal offer to buy Donyell Malen of Borussia Dortmund during the next transfer window, according to Fichajes, a Spanish website.

According to reports, BVB was prepared to cash in on the Dutchman during the just ended winter window, but a transaction never happened since they never had an official offer.

Dortmund will try to cash in on the 25-year-old this summer and will be aiming to fetch as much money as possible from his exit, according to the Fichajes report, after failing to sell him the previous time around.

According to the source, Liverpool is ready to make an official approach in an attempt to entice Malen to Anfield ahead of the next season, and they have shown a strong interest in signing the attacker.

According to Fichajes, Dortmund is seeking a cost of about £34 million to release the former star player of PSV Eindhoven, and the Merseyside club would have no trouble matching the offer.
